These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bespokeist website (the “Site”) and any related services offered by Bespokeist Management LLC(“Bespokeist”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
